If you are in the area for business, it's very conveniently located near subway station. But need to take a taxi or walk a little for shopping and eating places.

Excelent staying at JW Marriott Southwest.

Huge room! Very modern and clean. Quality of fried food at breakfast buffet can be improved (dough not raised properly).

Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, but the good thing is that after the hotel management acknowledged the incident, they contact me to properly express their apologize and offered some compensation. And they also mentioned will improve their security protocol to better handle incident like this in the future. So the resolution at the end is satisfying.

Excellent service and amenities with amicable staff doing their best out stay pleasant. Pleasantly surprised with the outstanding dinner buffet including all sorts of seafood, sushi, western and Chinese dishes !
