This is my second experience with this hotel, and I've never seen a hotel this luxurious, sophisticated, and with such excellent service. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. It truly is a hotel that provides all services and meets all your needs immediately. 2 times i spend my stay on the best hotel on the world thank alot for all nice and great do for me . I never see hotel as this hotel from the door to check out all employees was smiling helpful Respectful and courteous . Phenomenal hospitality , food was great, from the day and night staff everyone was warm and welcoming, also a reasonable stay including the prices of food from their restaurant. The chef made it worthwhile. The night manager and the day staff made every minute worth it!

The property was very clean and nice, staff were amazing, breakfast was very good food good variety and beautiful spa, overall I recommend the hotel very much

Location: 9/10 The hotel is not in the city center, but it’s only a 12–15 minute drive away and absolutely worth it for the comfort and quiet. Rooms: 10/10 The rooms are more like full apartments – huge, spacious, and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and perfect for families traveling with children. Family-friendly: 10/10 Staying here with kids was a great experience. The large apartment-style rooms made everything easier and more relaxing for the whole family. Staff: 10/10 Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Especially Elvine! Breakfast: 9/10 Good variety, fresh food, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Overall experience: 9.5/10 A fantastic option for families visiting Baku. Spacious apartment-style rooms, excellent service, and a location slightly outside the center that’s well worth the short drive. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for more than two months. Last room I stayed in was horrible. AC didn’t work. Also the reception, they think that they’re duty is to make up answers, they give answers to questions no matter it’s wrong or right they just want to give an answer, they don’t want to help, not all of them though.

Clean room, staff went out of their way to make it special for us. specially Sabina from reservation department, Salatine from reception and Chingez from room service, the whole of the restaurant team thank you for making it special for us. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again.

Great value and excellent customer service. The nice lady at the reception (Salatin) went out of her way to assist us when we turned up at 0500. She was able to do a quick turnaround on an early checkout. Lots of variety at breakfast and the business lunch was a big bang for your buck.

Good

Very nice and posh property. Very courteous staff as well. Breakfast buffet, although a bit pricey, has exceptional spread. There is a good indoor pool but the height is too much. Only negative was that they couldn't give an early checkin despite a child with us.
