The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. The rooms and hall are spacious and the location of the apartment is quite good, with Top 100 and some eateries within walking distance. The price is attractive but the whole place will be much better if it has a good round of touch up.

The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer.

Excellent, convenient and quiet

The place a bit not well maintain. No door bell. No phone. Air-condition still okay. No microwave.

Overall satisfied with good service but communication in English was not efficient. Suggest for those associates with low command of foreign language should pass the call to the seniors / colleagues with good English to response in a faster way. The location of the Apartment is really not tourist friend area. However the cab services called by the Front Desk Associates are very fast.

Apartment was ok. Book for 3 units on 27 and 28 April 2019. Request 4 person in a unit but was given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The other person have to sleep at the sofa. Tried calling Expedia cannot go thru. Not satisfied with the incident since I'm a loyal customer with Expedia.

The staff were friendly. The condition of the apartment was good.

Apartment was clean. For the 3 bedroom, the single room has no aircon but only fan. But the single room has a pull-out bed so it can actually occupy 2 paxs. The water supply for the shower is very bad though. If someone flushes the toilet the water supply for the shower will be disrupted. Definitely requires transportation as there is no shops or eateries around there. But there is a mini makan place at the lobby. Restaurant owner Hans was very friendly and food was cheap and good
