Very short stay, bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. AC was very cool. Bring earplugs, the noise from the street is clearly heard in the room with windows closed.

The staff was friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. Very sleek design and the balcony was nice:)

Had a wonderful stay. Clean modern room, ours was with a balcony. Staff were polite and friendly. Very quick and convenient access to train station right out the front door of hotel for our train to London. We were out to about 1am but there was always someone there to buzz you in after they lock the doors. Also metro stop right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel right across the road from Gare du Nord train station. Has an elevator and air condition (although regulations limit the AC to no less than 22°) and an adjoining café. It was perfect for our one night stay coming in on Eurostar and then leaving for the airport the next morning. The twin room was charming with a combination of old world and mid-century modern decor. Spotless, well decorated, and very comfortable size by European standards. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel right across from Gare du Nord train station. Room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent. Best coffee my wife and I had in our 10 days in Europe. I am especially grateful that the housekeeper found a pair of prescription sunglasses I had inadvertently left behind at checkout. I called later that day from London, and the hotel manager helped me arrange to have the glasses shipped home to the States. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities, location, and outstanding customer service! My wife and I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

We stayed in Room 601. It was compact but suitable for us. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The very small balcony overlooked the Gare Du Nord, staff nice and friendly. Convenient for the station / Eurostar and lots of eating places.

A compact room for an overnight or short stay very near to Gare du Nord. The amenities are very well thought out in the room to maximise space. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony, and did open the large windows for fresh air during the afternoon (the room also had air con). The windows did a great job when closed of muffling the noise from the very busy street. We slept well. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, and there were high quality toiletries. We didn’t have breakfast on the day of departure, but did eat and have a drink in the bar on the evening we arrived - all good. There was a short term issue with the lift which was resolved by a member of staff helping with luggage. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay.
