Great place to stay if working at air base. Close to everything you need. Staff is great. Great value. More comfort than other motels nearby.

We were very comfortable at the hotel. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean. We would recommend staying there to other travelers.

Great location and very convenient

Love the pod concept. No worries of making too much noise and disurbing your neighbors. Great that the hotel offers in room microwave, rare in Japan, and a good size fridge. Daily meal voucher- great dinners. Right next to 7-11, great for shopping for food and drinks. Friendly staff.

Very small, but it was a great facility. Able to walk to the 7-Eleven and market get what I needed. Laundry was super easy to use. Would definitely stay again

It was very clean and very easy process to check in and check out. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and spoke enough English to help me check in properly. Room has everything needed for a solo traveler.

We stayed there because of its proximity to the Iwakuni Airport to easily catch a next day flight. It was a comfortable walking distance to the airport. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The change with the initial reservation caused some confusion despite communicating this to staff well in advance. When returning to the rooms after a long day we could not access them with new codes provided earlier in the day. Communication with staff after hours was extremely frustrating as foreigners as they were laughing and not helpful with providing efficient customer service. The emergency personnel were rude and took their time despite the cold weather conditions in the late hours of the night. There was no compensation for the inconvenience to guests.
