Only complaint is for the time of year we travelled the blankets were a little heavy and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Besides that it was a great hotel

The room was clean and was given towel every day even though it wasn’t necessary. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and when I left my key in the room, they understood the problem and gave me a new key. The hotel was in a great location near the Hatchobori train station. The air conditioning system was solid and if you like your room an ice this is the hotel for you.

The room size is small but efficient. Breakfast is buffet style at the restaurant downstairs. There is a money exchange machine inside the hotel which is quite convenient.

Internet was good and reliable. I especially liked the washer and dryer all-in-one, and the cost was reasonable. The only con is the pillows are too hard.

Staff was very friendly and there is an attached restaurant that was pretty good. Room was very clean but pretty small (normal for Tokyo)

Our room was clean and stocked with unexpected surprises like toothbrushes and hair ties. The location is excellent as well-a short walking distance to multiple convenience stores and subway stations, while tucked in enough to be quiet and relaxing. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo.
