Staffs were wonderful.

Welcoming front desk, nice surroundings, super location, clean room with balcony and superior free breakfast (you can get made-to-order eggs. Stayed four days with partner June 26.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel and am so grateful that I stayed here during my time in Vientiane. The receptionist (Deth Xayyadeth) was very helpful from check in to check out and had a wonderful, warm, and friendly personality that made my experience so memorable. I had some great conversations with him and he was able to provide further insight into the lives of Lao people, which was very important to me, as I love learning more about the country that I am traveling in. He was a very special and unforgettable staff member. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast had a good selection of food. I was very impressed with my stay overall and would definitely return again when I am back in Laos.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. On a réservé des billets de train pour nous ainsi qu’un transport à la gare. Le balcon est agréable pour prendre l’apéro.

The only problem with this hotel was the noise from furniture moving about in the room above and the closing of room doors by guests. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful—way above the normal.

Staff is so kind and very helpful! Unfortunately my room had no hot water but the staff was really kind to offer me to move to another hotel of the company! Definitely recommend!
