Now becoming a regular stay, nice staff good location

Good location for short lay over staff friendly room clean

Just had 5 days at Giang Linh hotel booked through Expedia. Staff was terrible. Room floor was not clean.

Nice place centrally located. A little noisy if you have a street front room. They do have an elevator and 24/7 check in

Average hotel for the price. Staff are really nice and friendly. Rooms are relatively clean, clean bedding/pillows etc, however bits of mold on the ceiling and stained walls. Main negatives where that there was constant issues with the shower, no hot water at times and no water coming out at all at times. Also not sure if it was my specific room with me being on the top floor but the lift is extremely loud and seemed to be able to hear it going off all night. Now onto the pros, as mentioned staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location is a 10/10 with everything close by.

Clean room. In the listing under amenities it says pool. It’s misleading because there is no pool. So they should change the wording from “pool” to “ view of pool”

The staff was great, the room was ok, but it was quite a bit noisy

Convenient location and great price

Staff are very nice , room is pretty good with big window , sunny room . But the main picture in the profile is not own by the hotel so there’s no pool there . It’s simple .
