The place was just Ok. the rooms were a bit tight to navigate around and elevator buttons were a little unresponsive sometimes due to being a touch based system. But the location was good and a short walk to shops. It was great being within walking distance to the train station. We even able to roll our large luggage from the hotel to the train station without any problem. The staff were very nice and the morning breakfast buffet was very good.

not very easy to locate first time because there are other hotels around. Close to the train station and a little bit small room. But overall it's a great location and choice to stay at Rome

Had a great stay here. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the cafe was perfect. It’s only 3 blocks from the train station!

I booked this hotel for its central location and because the room was advertised as soundproofed with a queen-size bed. Unfortunately, this was not what we received, and our stay was extremely disappointing. We paid extra for a room described as having a queen bed, but the bed was clearly too small and more like a standard double. I have insomnia, so this made sleeping very difficult. When I raised this with reception, I was told it was too late to do anything and to come back in the morning. The next day I asked again for a room change or partial refund, but was told there were no rooms and that a manager would be contacted. Nothing was resolved during our stay. The room was also not soundproofed. The walls were paper thin: we could hear people upstairs, next door, in the corridors, and even using the bathroom. The toilet flush was broken, causing running water through the night, and the air conditioning was not working despite being advertised. I asked for a fan, was told to collect it from reception five floors down, then told this was a mistake and they did not actually have one. I contacted the hotel through the Hotels.com app and was ignored until after I returned home. The hotel later claimed queen beds were “subject to availability”, which was not made clear at booking. This review is much shorter than my original complaint due to the character limit, but the experience was poor: incorrect room, no working AC, excessive noise. The hotel refused to refund me. AVOID

Rooms are decent and modern. Hotel has no amenities at all, would classify this hotel as three star at most, but clean, modern and next to the train station

The room was clean & staff were lovely. Location was great as it was a short walk away from Termini station or about a 30 min walk on foot to main attractions. Although, the walls are thin so could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The bakery is also not open to the public over weekends, as it’s reserved only for hotel guests who opt for the breakfast option.

The staff were very friendly and communicated excellent, they recommended us places to visit and eat. The stay with them was very welcoming and warm. We had easy access to our room and it was very clean as well.
