The hotel is beautiful and clean

My stay was Ok, but the bathroom had a problem with the drainage, so water would stagnate in the bathroom, there was also a crack on the bathroom tiles. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom or toilet, whatever it was. This was room 517. Very strict check out policy, had booked to check out at 7pm, but delayed due to traffic on my way back, reached coming to 8pm, even after begging to just pick my luggage to run for my flight was denied the request and had to pay for another night, which I found unfair, i had stayed with them for 8 days. Breakfast was ok, we sometimes had to go to Element for B/fast, had a band twice a week and a brazillian buffet on Fridays I think, which was really nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and pretty much everything was very nice. Except with fewer drops of rain in the morning and the pool was closed.

Four Points Baiyun is located in an area together with Marriot and Element Hotel. The gardens are beautifully manicured and provides serenity when you walk here. Located in Baiyun Cultural Square Station exit C. Thus easy access to anyway via metro.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean. The bar staff were a bit slow with service and attending to patrons though even with just two tables. Overall was enjoyable.

Quiet area nearby and overall good quality
