I booked through Expedia. The room was clean, bed good - but no table or chair and would have been way too small for more than a solo traveller. Main purpose of the very nice deck seemed to be for the staff to lounge around when they weren't busy - bit off-putting

Staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late and my room had not been made up. They upgraded me to a lovely room with a view instead. View was breathtaking and hotel was well designed and great restaurant and bar

Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices.
Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha .
WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . Grateful for that gesture.
After staying there for 4 days we felt so much relaxed n peaceful. View from our room was spectacular.
Price as compared to neighboring cottages n hotels were more pricey.

Property is located uphill with great views. Charming but modern. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Great staff...super helpful and friendly!

Although a boutique & a family-run property, the one outstanding feature of the property are all the staff. The owner Ana & her team (Keto in particular) are supremely friendly & gracious hosts.
Special mention to Giorgi, the staff who single-handedly managed the breakfast. His warmth, eagerness to please and convivial attitude were well complemented with his efficiency.
I’m glad I extended my stay here by a day and strongly recommend this property, which I’m sure would be the best in the whole of the Kazbegi region.
The location provides spectacular views of the surrounding hills & of Mt. Kazbegi. The restaurant has a good selection of tasty dishes - feels as though they’re home made!
All-in-all, the hotel made my first week in Georgia amongst the most memorable in recent times!
