All communication was at the hosting company’s pace-bordering on unresponsive. Suspect this was somewhat because of English/Korean language differences Super clean facility/room Erratic water pressure led to some moments of the toilet not refilling after flushing for extended periods of time Great location for heritage site visits, food and shops Short walk to the subway

Conveniently located at ikseondong but not on a busy street so it was very quiet when we wanted to rest. Convenience store was a minute away and lovely cafes and restaurants were within 5mins walk. Me and my husband would definitely come back to this place. Decently sized and clean. We really liked the linens here.

Great area and place to stay

I stayed at Urban stay Boutique Ikseon in Seoul and had a pleasant experience. The best part was the location in the heart of Ikseon-dong, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the self check-in process was easy. Nearby subway stations also made getting around Seoul convenient. If you want a stylish and well-located place to stay for sightseeing and food trips, Urbanstay Boutique Ikseon is a great choice.

I loved the modern and bright decor, comfortable bed, a kitchenette and nice bathroom. There is no receptionist, but accessing the elevator lobby and room with codes was very convenient. It felt very safe at night. A great coffee shop on the ground floor. The hotel is in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Seoul, right next to a hanok with restaurants and cafes and a street with lively nighttime outdoors restaurants. Walking distance to the palaces.

Clean room with basic amenities

Super convenient to have a small kitchenette+washer/dryer. Cute and clean design, however, the cloth hanger was terribly flimsy. Great Nevertheless, varieties of eateries including local and gourmet foods plus hidden alley shops were charming!
