The hotel did not process the online payment that was debited from my account on your booking platform, so I paid in cash. I am attaching the receipt. I would like a refund.

The hotel disregarded my online booking and the beds were quite worn out and very uncomfortable. They don’t have an online booking system and made me pay money again to in KES and couldn’t reimburse me for the total amount I had already paid on hotels.com. Overall, it was the worst place I ever visited and will not recommend for any foreigner.

Great value, very good staff, clean simple rooms. Excellent location if you want very active, loud area near maasai market, bus station and gikomba market. I wish the gates on the stairs were not locked (done for security, but what if a fire?)
