最高 The stay was amazing, the staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. Ideally located in a central area but still quiet enough on an evening to get a good nights sleep in a comfy bed.

最高 The staff were attentive and helpful. Clean and comfy room. Close to many tourist spots. Only issue is carrying suitcase up stairs but employee helped me out. I recommend this hotel. Good value for the money.

とても良い We had a really good time staying here. It's well located and the room was comfy and clean, though there was no toilet brush. However there's very little customer interaction from staff - light touch is an understatement. Would recommend it.

The staff and location are the highlights of this location. We also did enjoy the bar on the first floor. The room looks like it needs some updates. There were holes and stains on the wall. Also the hot water was broken on the first night but was fixed by the morning.

No elevator! There is no available receptionist for assistance. You have to ring a bell and hope they can hear you. I don’t have any help carrying our luggage to the 3rd floor.

The hotel is quirky and the pub downstairs is very popular. I didn’t have any hot water to shower, except my first night, which made showering not possible.
