HOtel was outstanding. Would stay there again

Staff very helpful. Location is nice as it is near the Haneda airport with a shuttle that is very convenient.

Great hotel

As a first timer staying at Mercure Haneda, it won't be my last with Mercure family. Because that's how they made me feel. The staff from first impression displayed a welcoming impression, they spoke English. The dining was top tier, breakfest buffet, endless. I didnt use the Gym but it was a nicely load with adequate equipment. The rooms were cleaned daily. On check out at the end of my stay , I forgot to pack a connector for my Cpap, yeah not good. However the Housekepping Staff found my connector, and arranged to have it sent to my next hotel. Yeah ,with a 40 days left here in Japan, that was a solid. Over all The Mecure Handa is a good fit for this ol' Veteran.

Overall, it was good. The only thing they need to have is better vegan options.

The staff overall was helpful and willing to assist with our questions.

The staff are very helpful, the room is spacious and clean and all the toiletries that you need are there and also the best part of our stay is the buffet breakfast, we really enjoyed it.

Amazing staff

It’s about 45 minutes to an hour from Tokyo. Great location!

We had a nice stay here and it was close to the airport. It was a bit long to get back to the hotel with the train but if you’re visiting around the area it’s a good location. They didn’t have much for amenities besides a gym.
