Great stay! Lovely rooms and excellent staff

Newish feel but reaching the lobby level was an issue if driving

Great overall experience.

I will start with positive things The room is wow new fully equipped with everything thing u need Nice view bathroom full of amenities Nice TV nice sofa next to bed to relax I loved the room so much When I arrived first day no warm welcomes nor smiles u feel the Hotel is without a soul I asked for one thing only just quiet room And I got the room exactly facing exit door and it was used by many people Opening and shutting the door every 20 minutes I couldn't sleep at all the noise of that door was loud I talked to reception and they said no body should use this door again Same day after few hours I saw Aman using that door some man from security And I told him not to use it it's in front 9f my room and it's loud Gym is small compared to the hotel definitely should be bigger Pool also is small Asked house keeping to make my bed after 11 pm reception said house keeping till 11 only I felt the hotel without energy they don't want to help or do small extra gestures I might come again one more time maybe some thing will change next time

Okay, so at first I was a bit worried the hotel was too far out, but it is not an issue. There's a shuttle every 15 minutes to the Metro, and from there you can get anywhere in Dubai easily - it's actually the best way to get around Dubai (avoid the traffic). The location ended up being perfect because it's quieter than the main tourist areas but you're still close to everything. Plus, this is Dubai, so the whole city is constantly evolving and expanding! The hotel itself is brand new and really chic. The breakfast was fantastic - loads of healthy options, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the Pastry Chef deserves an award. There is a great bar on the 6th floor. The staff were welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. I had a room on the 43rd floor and it was stylish and elegant, a very comfortable bed and a great shower with a separate egg-shaped bath Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed for three nights for business. Excellent service. Very good and clean place. Great view from the room. Amazing hospitality. I would come again.
