I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. When asked if we were given wrong room they said all rooms were same category and same price so not sure why I paid more for what i received…was a bit disappointed as I splurged for the higher priced room as a treat. The room we were given was ok but not what I expected when I booked. The area was ok and walking distance to amenities.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel is very nice and pleasant to speak with. Very conveniently located in the center of downtown. A lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room is nice and very quiet.

The best part of my stay was Salma, the beautiful lady who greeted us and checked us in. She was sweet, kind and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are similar to small apartments and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. There’s plenty of storage space. I really enjoyed the large screen TV. My view was not the best but I didn’t stay there for the view. The room was very adequate for the price. There are some nice restaurants close by. This is a very busy area. Lots of cars. If you’re looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay and affordability is a top priority. This is a great option. One suggestion. It would’ve been better if the lights had stayed on a little longer in the hallway. You enter your room using a smart lock box on the door and you’ll need time to enter the code. Other than that, I enjoyed my short day.
