Very awesome helpful n polite front desk girl receptionist. Hotel souround with awesome kuliner especially Martabak Bangka Atet n also saturday night sudirman street art performance!!

Expedia sulks booking thru expedia bad experience booked 4 rooms expedia only emailed to msquare we booked 1 room only. It had caused a lot of confusion between me n hotel n unable to check in until msquare asked us to pay deposit for 3 rooms for over 1 million rupiah which i refused to pay . Initial booking made was for 3 extra guests we were charged 3 extra bed but we were denied om arrival n had to pay for 3 breakfast fees..the 3 guest are supposed to sleep on the floor n the additional extra guests fees paid was for drink n food which made me confused. However the hotel was kind enough to give us 3 extra bed. The hotel was good but not expedia was terrible

Msquare is a good place for a short stay, and is in very convenient area of Palembang. Hotel is clean and comfortable, really good bargain for the price. Breakfast is good with different daily menu. Service is very good, and everyone was very helpful. Having someone on the staff ore fluent in English would be a definite plus. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but the hotel area is safe with a police station directly across the street. Near a busy road, but nice and quiet in the room, great for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Msquare has modern, updated facilities, and comfortable rooms. The different breakfast selections each day was nice. Much better than expected on a buffet style included with room. The hotel area in front is safe...there is a police station directly across from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurant and a convenience store in easy walking distance from msquare. Bed good. Room clean. WiFi strong. Indonesian cable channels only. Stayed three nights, and would stay again.

Msquare provides everything you need for a very affordable price. Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Room is comfortable and great to sleep, very cozy bed. Good aircon, strong WiFi on the room, clean and good hot water shower. My only complaint no international cable channels. Location is good close to many attractions in Palembang. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist were really helpful, even though we couldn't communicate properly they took lot of effort with translators to help us !

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Can check in early. The room a little bit small buat just nice for 2 person. However the room was clean.

Good hotel. Provide good service. The room is clean and tidy. Its in the city of pelambang and in the shoping area.
