We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my parents, and they absolutely loved it. The room was very clean and had a great view. The breakfast was also neat and delicious, and it seemed like the menu changed every day, which my parents enjoyed. The hotel is in a perfect location to watch both the sunrise and sunset, so we had a wonderful time enjoying the view. it was a very satisfying trip.

The property and the suite was very nice. I loved the proximity to the Wave Park for surfing which I took advantage of. The only drawback was that there were not many restaurants (that were open) or shopping opportunities in the area. The staff at Le Collective were very helpful. We enjoyed the property just hoped for more to do in the area

Where to start…first the communication was awful. There is no signage for the entrance, the “email” never came, and most the staff struggle to assist. You will pay for EVERY Thing, even when the hotels.com site says it is there/include as so price is mentioned. Breakfast was okay (know), the pool, and many other amenities were not said to have to pay. This was the place I was most looking forward to staying and am so glad my plans changed and I was only subjected to this place for 1 night. If you can stay else where…not worth the bait and switch prices.

It is a set up only for Koreans. Non-speaking Koreans are completely lost. The staff were not super helpful and friendly.

This hotel is clean but you need to call every time for the service....no helping front desk. This area is developing now...just few restaurants available... It is good walking distance to Wave Park for Surfing.
