とても良いひとりで滞在
All in all great value for money, with very helpful staff and very clean rooms and great amenities. I did learn something about Japanese habits, though. The “kakeyu” tub in the otherwise great bath house was out of service and I noticed that most Japanese customers did not bother washing first when they can’t use the “kakeyu”. They stepped int ook the bath without even rinsing, so I hope the hotel will quickly restore the “kakeyu” tub.
Also, I think it would be a good idea if the dinner menu and breakfast buffet had at least some local food from Kameoka or Tanba (black beans, local beef…?) on the menu. Otherwise, I can only applaud this hotel. Will definitely stay again.

I had an excellent stay here. The room was extremely clean and well-kept and the amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth experience, I’d definitely stay here again.
