The staff was knowledgeable about Beijing. More importantly, front desk members have extensive travel experience, so they can assist guests in finding rewarding travel experience. Their guidance served me well during my trip. Highly recommended!

I wish to give a shout out to the very helpful staff Martin Zhu . I left my AirPods in a cab and Martin made all the arrangements needed to get back my AirPods through the DIdi app , including paying for the driver for me first . (He refused a tip when I offered to pay him an additional token ) he also helped me book a dinner which was difficult to book on the spot and kept me updated throughout on the booking ! Strongly recommend for the friendly staff !

I booked an Elite studio at this so called “boutique” hotel. Please be aware there is no TV and kitchen facilities are limited, be prepared to go back and forth to get what you initially thought you would get when booking. The cooker did not work properly, a kitchen with no kitchen facilities, room did not have TV. When given one after repeated back and forth to reception it was not for foreign users which I only discovered after my son and myself tried to use it. The TV in the public room doesn’t work either. Bathroom shower tiles and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Was offered an upgrade but was given the same room. Some lights in both rooms did not work. One light switch in particular in the second room was glitching and made sparking sound from the switch.the kitchen and wardrobes were all locked and again had to complain to get access to them. They advised me I could use the public room which was why I booked a room with kitchen facilities to avoid doing that and the fact that it was on another floor. Upon trying to navigate ourselves around the hotel I stumbled across a big orange board outside one of the internal entrances stating the following; “RISK WARNING” “ The Landlord has initiated legal recovery procedures due to Stey's long-term default on rent and property management fee payment. Guests are advised to be aware of the risks and avoid losses. January 16, 2026” I was not made aware of this prior to making the booking either. Be aware!

Would use again. In good area with lots of options.

The location is ok, however, the hotel is not located as it shown on the hotel.com website. One more thing is the name of the hotel is not right as at the website it's called "sanlitun boutique hotel" while it is actually named as "STEY sanlitun appointment hotel".

I was in the middle of my china trip and wanted to feel abit homely rather than a regular hotel. There was a shared washing machine where i did my laundry and kitchenett in my room. It was all clean and very comfortable. I will def stay again.I wanted to stay in Sanlitun so this was great home feel in Sanlitun. I was happy

Super good for business stay in central Beijing

Decent size room with kitchenette and en-suite. Nice view of the city and traffic outside! Bed was comfortable. Nice communal area with free tea and coffee. Condition and cleanliness could be improved. Close to Sanlitun shopping area and metro outside the door.

Clean and stylish room.
