The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Hideout is part of local nature, our cleaning standards are at the highest, but that doesn’t stop occasional insect, furry caterpillar (that should have a sign – do not touch), frog, snake or mouse from visiting the house. Please consider this before booking and do not book this house if you are not prepared for an occasional encounter. We are immersed in nature. Animals are friends, not enemies.
