最高 This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very welcoming, beautifully decorated, nice sitting at work area, great bed and wonderful shower. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful.. it’s like being in your own oasis. breakfast was delightful thank you Jennis and Aastha and staff for a marvelous 5 day stay.

Comfortable, great service, close to airport (carry directions in case your driver can't find the location). Only issue we had was gate was locked when we returned late. We were able to quickly notify staff who came and unocked it. But it did take us by surprise.

The rooms were great; clean, spacious, with good A/C and a kettle with tea/coffee. The bathrooms were nice and modern but could have had an exhaust fan. In a very quiet neighborhood.

最高 Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!

We spent 10 hours here before a 2am flight from the airport. The owner was welcoming and the room large, clean and comfortable.
The owner took us to the airport just before midnight for a reasonable cost of LKR2,500.
We walked the 100m to the neighbouring hotel and had a lovely dinner. Uber Eats also deliver if you have the app and prefer to stay in.

The rooms were attractive and very clean with all conveniences provided. Looking out on the courtyard made one feel they were living in an oasis. It was just being festooned for Christmas which added to the general ambiance. The owners were helpful and kind and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious!
