people smoking in the hallways. People staying next to us very loud and no security rounds. the lobby was extremely "hot" and didn't have the AC on. The best person was the maid, who was kind. If you want to get a restful sleep this isn't necesarily the place

I stayed here in June and then again in October and noticed a big difference. The hotel was less clean, service had gone down and hotel looked like it had more wear within such a short amount of time. I booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room which I had to complain about to get a new room. The new room they put me in looked like no one had stayed in for months. Full of dust and mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The key card on my door kept deactivating because the battery was dead which was a big inconvenience. Also it was very loud near my room because it was near the service elevator and one night all you could hear was yelling between a group of women, Whether it was employees or other guests I am not sure
