The staff were wonderful, it was great walking distance to museums, tours, restaurants, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay there again, if I was back in Saigon/Ho chi min

i think the kitchen and restaurant staff are the most hardworking folks here while they manage the morning buffett and afternoon tea like clockwork due to the complimentary nature. They are super helpful, warm, kind, and always carry a smile with their impeccable service. The energy the entire team carry together is highly admirable and appreciated. it is not the noisy, high energy level kind but instead a very warm, personable and yet not aggressive, just an amazing team overall. Room was good and the bathroom was great. Not crazy ostentatious luxury but also not understated, everything just felt perfect (except the floor may be a slip hazard, but that’s the nature of the tiles, something to consider for future).

The room was great, very comfortable and clean. Really good breakfast. It would be good if the bar and restaurant were open in the evenings.

Great location . The room was great with a very comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the restaurant and bar were open for dinner and after drinks. We will be happily returning in a few weeks.
