My stay was a very comfortable and pleasant throughout the entire stay. Staff at front desk went over and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!

Room AC appears not working at all

The hotel is a family friendly oriented. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was wonderful. Everything is clean and well organized.

Loved our stay. Staff were courteous and professional, rooms were well sized with a particularly spacious bathroom. Nice touch of cake on arrival for my birthday.

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Room and property were very clean, the staff was SOOO attentive and helpful, and the facilities were great! We traveled 30 hours to get to HCM, and the aiport shuttle was so helpful and the staff were so incredibly nice and helpful at such a late hour. The pool was under yearly maintenance so it was a bummer we couldn't enjoy it but we peaked out the window and it has quite the view of Ho Chi Minh! The breakfast was delicious too. The property is very centrally located near tons of sights to see, and the air conditioning was a much welcomed relief after exploring. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

I had a wonderful stay at M City Hotel Saigon! The hotel was spotless, and my room was kept exceptionally clean throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to start the day. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure guests had a great dining experience, which was truly appreciated. The location is another huge plus—it's conveniently close to many of Saigon's major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, M City Hotel Saigon offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

This was my second time to Ho Chi Minh and stayed at M City hotel both times…this place is near lots of restaurants, cafes and massage…there is also a market a block away and the famous Walking street is about 10 mins walk away. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Just don’t get the room with no window or internal window :). The staff is friendly and the guys working the doors are always there to open the door and help with your bags. I had breakfast last year, didn’t this year but from what I remember it was good and nice views
