The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. The location was great, very close to the train station.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property has AC which was a big plus. The hotel was clean and it had an elevator to our room, but not all rooms have access to an elevator. The room was very small and was difficult to maneuver because of the sloped ceilings. Close to train station. Not an ideal location for dining and shopping.

Room was lovely, I had a single room which was small but perfect for what I needed. The location was great. Right next to the train station where the airport bus drops you and easy walk in to the Old Town. Breakfast was good too. Staff were great once you found them! That was the only negative. There was no one permanently on reception so I always had to go hunting for someone when I wanted them. I arrived late at night and the front doors had been closed. There was a note giving a mobile phone number to call to be allowed in. At that point I didn’t have a data plan to be able to do this so luckily a guest outside let me in. I then had to join the wifi to call to find the staff member to get my key. Hassle that I didn’t need late at night when I just wanted to sleep. Other than that it was great and I would stay again.

Highly recommended, well located, close to tram line and station. Clean and modern , beautiful city

Not a 4-star hotel. Things were broken in the room including a broken magnifying mirror with the mirror missing and the frame hanging askew. An exceptionally small room, even my European standards. We could. It even open our suitcases on the floor. We got a good deal on it, so we made it work, vbut we’ll stay somewhere else next time we’re in Lux

Hotel room was small but clean and in good shape. The street out front was mostly a pedestrian mall with restaurant and grocery stores.

Close to the central train station, staff were very friendly and always attentive. Rooms were nice with a comfy bed. Shower was a little bit under pressure but did the job

Great location and individually controlled air conditioning was great.

Reception staff seemed completely uninterested as to when I would receive my 50 Euro deposit back. Two weeks later I have still not received my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
