I did not realise at the time of booking it was shared amenities. Hell for me, toilet floor was soaked and the showers had an odour I can't describe. For 50 plus euro this is an absolute joke.

We booked the Cabrio room with private bathroom. The room was very clean but really small. If you have suitcases prepare to maneuver around them to walk in the room. The bathroom small as well but we made it work. Its cleanliness made up for it. The breakfast was not as pictured in the site. There was little variety, two choices of small bread (little croissants and French dinner rolls), marmalade, butter, coffee, tea and one choice of cereal. On the other side, the staff was nice and helpful. Keep in mind it does not have an elevator.

Need real towels. The towels were so small very hard to dry with. They were like the size of a bathroom mat. Very reasonable price but extremely small room, small bathroom. Good for folks that are just going to be out the whole day.

Fine for the price, but even hostels give you towels and soap.

It’s a bit far from all the touristy areas of Avignon, but otherwise a good place to stay

Room was very clean and looked recently refurbished. Shared bathroom facilities were clean. Had to press the shower button about every 20 seconds. Showers were mostly hot but there was one that was cold. Close to the TGV station

The hotel is in a retail/industrial park, south of Avignon. It's a good 10 - 15 minute walk from the Gare TGV and about 45 minutes into the city. There are buses that connect to the Gare TGV and the city centre so it is possible to travel in, however if you want a tourist ticket covering several days, you need to get it somewhere else. The rooms are basic. The showers and toilets are communal and are cleaned regularly. The staff were generally friendly.

The service was very bad. Staff not friendly. The value was bad.

Friendly staff, terrible coffee machine and there was a strange smell in the room. It was also noisy. But the price for the room was correct.
