Wonderful staff and very clean with great location. The shower gets the floor wet no matter what you do because the head isn’t adjustable.

Some of the front desk staff were not polite or willing to help with questions. The property is well maintained and I didn’t have any issues with noise at night. The internet service is poor. The location is ideal.

Excellent place to stay! Small rooms but functional. Everything you need.

Good location

You can borrow an umbrella from the lobby which we thought was very convenient! Amazing location that honestly made our next stop on our trip underwhelming. The breakfast was good, though the variety was lacking -- mind you, I'm comparing this to stays at Canadian hotels. I would stay again!

Good service, clean rooms, good location

The rooms were so spacious and very cool.

The rooms are clean enough, no complaints. The floors, especially in the hallways are very stained. However this makes no actual difference in the quality of the stay. They do store luggage but the lobby, despite it's good pictures they always seems to have some travelers asleep on the chairs at all times of day. The location is great, hard to do much better. Id heavily consider this place if i went back to Kyoto.

A wonderful hotel in a great location with close proximity to key neighborhoods and transit links. Room was incredibly clean and compared to other hotels we stayed in around Japan a very good size. Most of all, the staff were incredible, specifically the front desk workers. I always felt welcome and they were eager to help with any assistance we required throughout our stay including luggage forwarding.

Despite my room being laughably small I actually enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and safe! The staff was kind. It’s in a convenient place with lots of food and shopping options nearby. However, during my stay there was some kind of protesting going on. It was loud and kept me awake when I tried going to sleep. I have nothing bad clue what the protesting was for (since I only speak English) but it was very loud. Still, I would recommend this hotel.
