A review.

Clean resort, friendly staff, already planning a returned trip with the family.

Me gustó mucho ,muy lindo, buena ubicación, lastima la playa llena de salgaso ,pero era en todas las playas de cayo hueso ,muy limpio,me encantó.

Great location. Some rooms have odor and mildew. Needs a bit more maintenance upkeep.

We book our trip at a last minute long weekend The room was on the 3rd floor and had a spectacular view. Super clean and the kitchen had everything you need. The only disappointment, and probably my mistake, there is no restaurant in the property, which I was hoping to have both options (cook and enjoy food service) We were unlucky and the weekend we went, there was a massive amount of seaweed so we couldn’t enjoy the tiny cute beach area - not the hotel fault, but for future visits, I will call the hotel and ask before booking. Overall, we enjoy our visit to Key West and the Coconut Beach Resort

Clean room, helpful staff, good suggestions about local restaurants and areas to visit that you may not find on regular trip forums or AI. Beach view was not pretty due to sea weed deposits and smell of dead seaweed, but that’s seasonal.

Could use some cleaning, updates, and friendlier staff at the front desk. The beach was full of sargassum and trash that floated on shore, and smelled horrible. We don't normally leave reviews, but this one was definitely a dissapointment, all around.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but our stay wasn’t enjoyable. The good news is that we were so busy, we weren’t in the room except in the evening. First, my biggest pet peeve while staying in hotels is hair in the bathroom, which did occur here. Unfortunately, the bigger issues, though, include the size of the room and the paper-thin walls. The studio is far too small, because it’s crammed with oversized furniture. You can’t even walk around the bed without banging your leg on the edge (must have been a huge problem, because there are protectors on the corners). Worse than that, we had neighbors arrive the last night we stayed. We could hear every word they said, we heard them unpack, and even heard what sounded like plates being stacked (there are rooms with up to 2 bedrooms and kitchens). It was infuriating when trying to sleep. The beach view was beautiful and I would have enjoyed the pool more if it wasn’t for the stink of rotting fish coming from the shoreline. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel, but I swear the stink was so bad that it would be in the back of your throat for hours. Although it was generally in a good location and parking wasn’t a problem, I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a great place to stay! Clean and well-placed on Key West. Pool and patio were great for getting some sun.

It is not as it is in the photos, super expensive for what it is, the terrible pool, there is no elevator, before 10 they knocked on the door for the waitress to leave. The room the windows closed and covered with a feeling of claustrophobia.
