The room was absolutely disgusting, as soon as we arrived there was dirt from outside in the room. Before i was even able to put my things down i see a bedbug crawling all over the bed, as well as a roach crawling into the microwave. The walls were filthy. We paid for a smoking room and due to all those inconveniences, they were only able to move us into a nonsmoking room. Their excuse was that the room was in a different building that did not get exterminated.

Area was unclean, so I had to leave right after checking in. They wouldn’t give me my money back or give me partial credit. I had to make another reservation at another hotel nearby.
