J'ai resté a cet hôtel parce que c'est pas loin a pieds du Zénith.

Broken AC, flooded tub dirty carpets

The room was abit stuffy. But good staff atleast they were always willing to help.

The beds were comfortable and the person at reception when we checked in was absolutely lovely. However, the property is very run down. The air con didn't work, the shower was faulty, the remote for the TV didn't work, and the luggage storage was very expensive if we checked out early. We also went to the "mini gym" where neither the bike nor treadmill worked and there was no water or towels available. Overall we felt the stay was very expensive for all that the property claims to have and we were very underwhelmed.

Easy parking, comfortable room. Worth it!

After paying the staff informed us (3 rooms) that the AC was broken. I had important guest that can not sleep without AC. The hotel refuse to pay back our money. We left and had to check into another hotel with a working AC. How can I get my money back. Ban this place.

I would give a 3.5 overall rating but the poll does not allow a 0.5 addition. That is mostly because the online coordinator upgraded our room to a suite after learning that it was a special event for me and my family. Two separate rooms and an additional half bathroom helped. Place was just a one minute walking distance from nearby Metro station (Porte de Pantin). Safe locality. But a bit away from the main tourist spots. Issue - Air conditioning was broken even before we checked in. They had placed a portable a c in one room. But the front desk did not inform us in advance. When we requested for one more unit in another room late night, they were able to provide only a small tower fan. I suppose it was a case with most hotels in Paris due to excessive record breaking heat levels. And the team on ground was helpless. We finally figured out ways to cool down by keeping windows open. We did not try the breakfast at the hotel. So no comments on that. Fairly clean linen. But the room and bathroom interiors need a major facelift. Newer gen younger kids expected more at the rate we were charged.

Rooms are OK. Not much in the way of coffee/ tea/ milk. No Air con and broken fan in the room however did move us to a different room where fan worked so not bad. A little out of the way so not really walkable to the centre of the city and attractions however very close to metro and easy to get metro to anywhere. Close to eateries and shops
