Rooms are clean, very friendly staff. Lots of nice restaurants in the area & we would definitely stay here again

everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.

とても良い Nice spot on the water, but the upkeep of the property has not been done. It's not as pictured. Please note the nice looking pool as pictured is only for a certain type of room you select. There is another pool for the other rooms. It's pictured with a nice cover. That doesn't exist.

Nice poolside villa on the lake. Hotel very quiet with good staff. Unit could use some refreshing but otherwise enjoyable stay.
