This is an older property that will apparently be renovated. It definitely needs it. Although the location is nice, at the moment, it’s not worth the price.
Access to the check in lobby is awkward and confusing. After a couple u turns on the street, I finally figured out I had to go into the public parkade, then take an elevator to the lobby. Good location when you come off the ferry late. Overall okay.

Great place! Clean. Only thing I would change is the hallway carpet was a bit outdated and looked dirty. Other than that it was 5 stars

This hotel is in the best location in North Vancouver. Service was great and the hotel is clean. They will be getting some long overdue renovations soon as they are now part of Coast Hotels. Then it will be 5 star in my books.

First room they put us in was not acceptable. It smelt like it had been painted and fumes from the paint. Plus some other smells
Second room was better but the a/c sounded like someone dropped a 10 lb weight on the floor when it shut down. The faucet in the bathroom was tricky to shut off. You had to force it down to shut off.
Trying to locate it is very tricky. You have to enter public parking to enter it
