Great shuttle to both Saratoga Race Track and SPAC for a concert. Beds were comfortable and the property affordably.

Clean rooms. Friendly, helpful professional staff.

Our room was very clean. We got to make use of the indoor and outdoor pool. Restaurant bar and staff were excellent. The location makes walking to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Saratoga Springs very easy. We will book again in the future.

Convenient location, great staff and amenities, however, the washrooms are in pretty rough shape between the quality of renovations and the sticky tiles.

Excellent service, clean room, fantastic buffet breakfast with attendants, comfortable bed

This is our second visit to this hotel, and we'd definitely choose to stay here any time we travel to Saratoga Springs. The hotel is convenient to the racetrack and SPAC, and right down the street from the shopping district and loads of restaurants. We didn't need to go out for breakfast as it was included with our booking. Several days a week they offer made to order omelets as well as an ample buffet. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly and helpful, from checking in to the shuttle driver to the wait and cleaning staff. Comfortable, clean rooms and the outdoor pool looked nice although we didn't have time to check it out. Two thumbs up all the way.

Great location and close to the SRC and Cobgress Park. The check in staff was polite and informative. The rooms are very clean and well designed with all the amenities a couple would need for a multiple day stay.

Ok

Basic hotel and outdoor/indoor pool. Elevators were old and janky, no courtesy breakfast for such an expensive nightly charge. Pools were dated and on the smaller side. Staff was nice.

Very cmfortable stay. Room was clean, elevators functional. Check in was friendly and expedient. Everyone was polite and friendly, willing to help.
