Location was close to airport and free shuttle service was a great boon. Else nothing really around that Richmond area. Rooms need some Maintenance but they were clean. Gym was good. Bfast was good. Staff (specially at from desk ) and concierge extremely Helpful polite and efficient.

Very close to airport. Walking distances to a lot of local eateries. Not particularly cheerful or friendly staff, or that they are representing a brand that want your business.

Super friendly staff and quick airport pick up. They were doing work on one of the elevators but luckily it wasn’t very busy when we were there. Super close to the tram station and we found a really cute park close by.

Airport hotel… hard to sort out getting the shuttle to so took a cab. Shuttle from was convenient. Right on the metro to get downtown. Not the most up to date hotel, a bit drab. Friendly staff.
