The room was clean, spacious & close to the concert venue. We were just surprised when the maintenance guys came to fix the hot water faucet after we have checked in! It was a very inconvenient situation, when we should have been resting, before the concert. The front desk personnel should know that before letting the guest in.

The rooms were clean, we got some of the best sleep in a long time due to the perfectly working AC and black out blinds. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the restaurant was beautiful and clean. The food tasted great. Kevin helped us out with the overnight parking, and that was very secure too.

Todo estuvo bien en general, limpieza, calidad en las habitaciones y servicio. Lo único problemático es el espacio del parqueo que es bastante reducido si tienes un SUV. El resto estuvo muy bien

The front desk staff was amazing. Especially Josh. The property itself DOES NOT look like the pictures. The rooms are old, furniture is dirty, sticky and definitely worn. The sink in our first room was broken (cracked and repaired badly) and the bathrooms are not what they show in the pictures if you are in any room below floor 5. After the first night, we asked to change rooms and the sweet staff member accommodated us immediately. We were given a room with a walk in shower. Still not what is pictured on their website but much better than the first room we had. Would I recommend this hotel for a one night stay, possibly but definitely would not recommend it for a vacation stay. Staff = 5+ Stars. Hotel = 2/3 Stars.
