Lovely hotel, great location. Staff super helpful. The room is large and comfortable. Had a private session at the Japanese onsen. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at Silq Hotel and want to thank the team for such an enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to Earth, Cream, MP, and Dyna for being so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay as it truly made a difference. The service felt genuine and personal, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet, peaceful, got some good rest here. Booked for about 7 days.

The room, the location, the breakfast and the gym were all excellent. The dinner we ate at Weaver restaurant had great quality, for a decent price.

A special acknowledgment to PATUMMALAI | Assistant Reservations Manager, who addressed all questions thoroughly prior to arrival. Communication was prompt, structured, and accommodating throughout. Every inquiry was handled with clarity and attention to detail, creating strong confidence before stepping onto the property. The consistency and responsiveness from the reservations team reflect strong operational leadership. Upon arrival, execution matched the preparation. Check-in with Namtam (Front Desk) was efficient and seamless, and the room was ready immediately — an operational detail that significantly enhances the guest experience. Front-of-house coordination was composed and attentive. I would also like to recognize the following team members: - Mr. Coco (Concierge) – Exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Requests were handled with professionalism and genuine care. - Ms. Mint (The Qlub Fitness/Wellness team ) – Welcoming and supportive. The gym facility is well maintained, and her professionalism enhanced the experience. - ENG (Doorman) – Secured luggage immediately upon arrival with courtesy and efficiency, creating a strong first impression. Everything was perfect. The front desk team was extremely welcoming and professional (special shout-out to K. NP). The room was ideal for work and very comfortable. I will definitely come back every month.
