The hotel is ok. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Taking a shower while standing in the tub is extremely uncomfortable, Risk of fall and slipping is high..

Loved the style of the hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good ( not a huge variety though, and more fresh fruit would have been nice).
Restaurant for dinner was nice and the staff great but, again, a few more options would be good. We got the feeling that the hotel may have been geared a little towards business people who only stay a night or two. Our stay was 7 nights, hence the food variety comments. Housekeeping was ok, however items used were not replaced, other than linen. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

良い They advertised as having a shuttle service from Linate airport. When I rang I was told there wasn’t one and we should take a taxi. I then double checked and it clearly stated there was a shuttle. I tried to ring back twice but was left on hold for 20 mins each time which cost a fortune from London. They clearly stop answering the phones after 7pm. Otherwise Charles from the front desk was very helpful but their advertising and phone answering is poor.

The staff was so responsive, they happily arranged for a transfer to the airport. They asked if we needed dinner reservations, they provided a breakfast to go as we had an early international flight.

All round very decent. Breakfast was ok but it was included. Only real issue was they needed at least one more coffee machine.
