Booked double but got two tiny singles. Beds were uncomfortable, staff at front desk never there, no room service. Industrial noises throughout the night.

Was a great hotel in an ideal spot to get around Hamburg. A few minutes walk from the nearest train stop and about 40 mins from Hamburg Airport.
