The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are required to download the property's Salto mobile app before check-in. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of USD 119 at check-out. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
