良い If you're trying to sleep late into the morning, it's pretty hard to, because the cleaning & laundry staff are pretty noisy & their carts make plenty of noise. And other guest can be pretty loud too. No one seems to care that some people might still be trying to sleep and the cleaning staff and lawn people make a lot of noise early in the morning.

Check in and out was a breeze and desk staff were amazing! The rooms have definitely seen better days and could use a little refresher! Housekeeping staff was okay on the days they came to clean. Overall a safe dry place to stay with no frills.

Nice location to enjoy old st Augustine. Only downside was trolley stopped running at 4pm. Couldn’t enjoy night time in downtown.

The lady at the front desk check-in was very nice, helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Parking was convenient, right in front of our door. Were allowed to use the swimming pool while we waited for our room to be ready.
