We had one of the older style rooms on the 4th floor overlooking the casino. Our room was very dated, but the bed was super long (great for tall people) and comfortable! The 4th floor balcony was really big. Air conditioning was fantastic, we found it to be really quiet at night.

We got upgraded when checking in. Lovely room towards the back of the building. The room was a bit hot but we were able to keep the door to the garden open. Great location as well.

Most of the staff was wonderful, but when the ice machine doesn’t work at 5:30 in the morning, the front desk clerk was very dismissive even though I told him my husband had a fever and we really needed the ice.

The best staff, extremely helpful and friendly. They would do anything for us. They even got us an emergency taxi when our pre booked airport shuttle didn't turn up.

The staff did not respond to my concern.
The staff did not allow early registration.
The staff accepted my luggage in the morning.

Close to conference centre. No drinking water and no kettle. There was a coffee machine downstairs but the water dispenser or another machine was not working. Rooms ok.
