Fatanstic place. Ok so the mirror and peep hole is a little high for shorter people. Its clean, quite and staff are amazing. We booked the penthouse studios. Everything worked. We would stay again. Although we could not access the balcony for one our rooms as door was locked which was a shame.

Clean room. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Plenty of dining and shopping selections nearby. Only a few minutes walk to the train station.
We only had one staff member who was a little rude when we asked about them refilling the complimentary water in the lobby. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

There is one issue I would like to bring to the attention of Premier Suites: for North American travellers who need to check out before 7 or 6 am, it would be preferable that someone is at the reception desk and that the elevator is running. Leaving the hotel using the fire exit (staircase and exit via gym) is uncomfortable to say the least.

Room size was good for travel with family but definitely not a 4 star hotel. No ventilation in bathroom so ceiling above shower is growing mould. No daily housekeeping. Smells in entrance hallway and elevators. Excellent location and close to train, bus and shopping.

Hôtel bien situé, les suites sont très propres, fonctionnelles et bien équipées. Le déjeuner offre plusieurs choix et complet.
Le personnel (sauf 1 personne) est très gentil et courtois. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré est qu’il n’y avait qu’1 personne à la réception (qui doit gérer les arrivées et le bar) les 2 fois où nous avons fait le Check inn (vendredi et samedi vers 18h) et nous avons dû attendre entre 45 et 50 minutes.
