Breakfast was a buffet, which we have had in many hotels. However, the staff here didn't think it was necessary to remove dirty dishes from our table during our meal. It seemed to be our job to stack up the dishes to make room for the next course in our breakfast. I've never seen that before in a 4 star hotel. Staff did a haphazard job of cleaning the room, too. They ignored glasses and cups that we had used and didn't fill dispensers in the shower.

It was a nice location. I had a rooftop pool, which was great and the beach was right in the front. It had the tram right behind the hotel that you could take it right into the city and right to the airport.

Absolutely beautiful views from the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool. Love the large room and bathroom with balconies! We selected a “superior room” with a sea view and what we got was disappointing. From our room we could see a glimpse of the sea through the trees and over looked a small smoking park, the drive into the underground parking garage, and dumpsters with homeless people around - definitely not what I consider a “superior view of the sea” The location is great and the boardwalk across the street is beautiful! Beware…the beach is all rock, no sand, so bring appropriate beach ware. Parking is a nightmare on the street but you can purchase parking. The entrance and exit to the garage is only one lane so be careful.

Staff

The room was clean until you looked under the bed, which was totally filthy. The food is 75% microwaved and the swimming pools is a health hazard to children - It was so cold I had to pull my daughter out as she had blue lips and was shivering. I reported this to the manager and he told me it was my problem for letting her go in the pool - This was reported through Radisson HO who were disgusted and vowed to take action. If you do have children, do yourself a favour and re-book somewhere else!

The rooftop is nice

Very nice lobby, but rooms and bathrooms were not given the same attention. Bathroom had lots of broken tiles and could use a deep cleaning. No cold fridge in the room but told it was a “minibar” which turned out to useless and had mildew.

I liked everything and everyone's. Stuff is very helpful, tolerant and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Linen and towels changed every day. Good location
