The parking lot was difficult to get in and out of and most of the things that were advertised were In a separate building than we were staying in. Otherwise it was clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast items were gone by 8:00 AM.

Excellant 'Bang for the Buck'. Close to town. Free parking is huge. The room we were in had a view o skyscrapers across the way.

It’s a dated property but still nice The worst part about this place is the parking.

Room and property very clean. Was there 6 days but only received towels once. Only coffee and apples for breakfast. Overall the price and location was good.

One night during our stay, one of the main parking lots was completely blocked due to landscaping work with no other available parking. When we asked the front desk, they were like "oh, right" and gave us a pre-printed map of another lot to use two blocks away. They must have been aware of the work being done to have maps already printed out, and assuming they have everyone's contact information upon check-in, some advanced notice would have been nice. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. The area was a little sketchy, but that's not the hotel's fault. It's downtown, so I should have expected that.

If you are not staying in a suite, the rooms are less than well cleaned and maintained. The AC unit started blowing hot air in the middle of the night. It was a known issue. They moved us to an open suite at midnight and those were in another part of the property and much nicer. Very helpful night desk employee. Not nearly enough parking and gd help you if you try to park behind the rooms at the Inn portion of the property

A mid-century-modernish apartment building remade into suite hotel. Leafy location and spacious if a bit dated rooms. Staff friendly and location walkable to 21st /23rd streets with shops etc.
