•Recommended Car park is located at building Jaya99. Fee from RM3 per car per hour. A heritage tax will be applicable to stays in the state of Melaka, payable directly to the property. A refundable security deposit of MYR 100 per room is required upon check-in. Payment options include credit cards (we will provide a secure payment link), Malaysia DuitNow, or e-wallets/China AliPay (WeChat is not accepted). Refund Processing Time (Approximate) -Bank Transfers (Malaysia banks only)/ China AliPay: 5 to 7 working days.Credit Card Refunds: 7 to 14 working days (subject to the policy of the card issuer). All rooms will be located in The Pines hotel. We offer self-check-in and check-out services. You can collect your room key from the locker opposite The Pines Hotel, next to G29 MART. Please contact the property before your arrival to receive your check-in details. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Greystone 99 Suites is a non-smoking property. MYR 200.00 penalty charges will be imposed on those who smoke within the property.
