Location was great. Walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion, view of the parliament, trams, and multiple restaurants/bars. The hotel lobby felt clean. However, when entering the rooms (a friend also booked a room in the hotel) they both had a strong bad smell, rooms had carpets that were significantly stained. It felt very outdated in the rooms and could be cleaner. The towels provided were small and very thin. Carpet needs to be removed and flooring updated, and it would feel a lot more comfortable. Overall, loved the location, but would not choose to stay again.

The hotel was in a great location. Comfy bed. Easy check in and check out.
I did not appreciate the carpet in the hotel room. It’s just pretty gross to me to have carpet in an hotel room. Also it was very misleading in the listing and said that transport to and from the airport was included. It actually costs an additional $55 and was just some guy who was very unprofessional.

The location and view was good. Not in the center but close to the bridge and close to the Danube. Very interesting location with friendly stuff and easy street parking. Breakfast could be improved as we ordered eggs and they were brought completely raw, better to ear somewhere else. There are two restaurants on site but they were closed during my stay.

Great hotel, nice quiet position with great transport links. Would have preferred not to have a hot buffet for breakfast.

最高 Everything was as described and the room was great. It was a bit hot in winter, but could open the window to cool as necessary and this fixed it no prblem. Fantastic location.

The attitude, friendliness, helpfulness of every single staff! Breakfast is plenty, tasty & lots of variety..Room was clean & comfortable.In the centre of everything.Metro , supermarket, pharmacy 5 min walk away.The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops…I always try to stay in this fabulous hotel if I’m in Budapest..Love it
