This wasn’t actually a hotel, which I failed to realize. It’s an apartment building right in the old town. The location was right in the middle of everything and the apartment was very spacious. Since we were only staying one night I think a more traditional hotel with a lobby and staff would have worked better for us. There is also no parking at the apartment. There is a paid parking lot a few blocks away. You need to park and lug your luggage over stone streets. I imagine this could be a problem for some people.

Breakfast at the restaurant next door was disappointing. Bed was very comfortable with a fantastic view of Teatro Massimo across the street.

Great location in midst of city center. Room was lovely & clean Housekeepers were best ever. Staff were very knowledgable & helpful. This is a small serviced apartment. On top floor is a haute cuisine restaurant managed by great chef & his wife. 5 stars are not enough.

The owner Paula was a delight! The suite was extraordinary! And, the restaurant was superb! Thank you!!

This is an interesting property - it calls itself a "luxury serviced apartment" property vs. a hotel. The location is absolutely magnificent - just across from the Teatro Massimo and a large public square. Our room faced the Teatro and the square which made for some great people watching. The room itself was lovely - nice bed and bathroom. Very comfortable for sure. Since we got in late we opted to eat at the restaurant on the top floor which was very good. If you do go there, don't miss the Raspberry Rose dessert. Best thing I have eaten in a long time! Some odd things to mention - our flight was delayed and when we told this to the Palazzo, we were told there would be a $25 late check in fee after 7PM since they are not a hotel. Wait, what? Also, breakfast was included in the cafe across the street which was sort of confusing but still good nonetheless. When we went to leave around 10AM, there was nobody at reception. I found this very odd. All in all though, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was lovely and centrally located. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. I would stay there again.

Every thing was good, breakfast was very good, the location was very convenient and all the shops were closed to the location.

Important to note that this is not a hotel is serviced apartments so the great things with that are it is a larger room with some kitchen amenities but there is no breakfast really they give you vouchers for the cafe next door which only has very sweet Sicilian pastries to eat and nothing else much. The staff were helpful and kind. This is right in the central area so great for walking and restaurants but is noisy at night. There is secure parking nearby that you can use and a 5 minute walk maximum.

Great stay - large rooms with amazing views, very clean, centrally located, convenient free breakfast downstairs.
