I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sliema. The location was perfect—right in the center of everything and just a short walk to the ferry station for Valletta. What made this place truly special was the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I accidentally left my jacket at the hotel after checking out, and they were kind enough to offer to help ship it back to the United States. That level of care and customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, wonderful staff, and exceptional hospitality!

Construction work on adjacent site until 2027. Noisy, dirty and no privacy. Rendered balcony unusable. Noise late at night and early in the morning! No advance warning provided!

旅行の最終日、フライトの関係で1日だけ朝食なしで宿泊しました。その前にこのホテルに３泊しています。詳しくはそちらに写真も載せていますが、4泊目の食事なし宿泊をextensionという扱いにして、部屋をそのまま使わせてくれました。とても助かりました。部屋もきれいで、食事もおいしくて、ロケーションも良くて、スタッフさんも親切で、融通をきかせてくれるホテルでした。今回だいぶ堪能したので、マルタに次いつ行くかわかりませんが、もし行くときは、冷蔵庫も備えてあり、フルイングリッシュブレックファーストが食べられるMR TODDにします。

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, well situated for restaurants and the ferry across the harbour. But it is the staff team who make the difference here, every one of them was warm, friendly and helpful - Thank you

Had a really good two night stay here. No problems at all with noise, didn’t hear any building work. We did have an internal room though with window overlooking central light well. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Literally a few mins walk to the ferry/boats to Valletta, Gozo and Comino. Would definitely stay here again as great value.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main promenade and ferry port

Staff were so attentive and helpful , only thing we had was that our shower was broken - could not change the height, and the rooms could have been cleaner in the small details - coat hangers and tops of wardrobes were dusty. That being said the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good breakfast, clean room, very friendly & helpful staff plus a good location. Some building work going on next door but you cant fault the hotel for that - life goes on for those that aren't on holiday!
