Absolutely amazing staff. Room a bit dated but very clean with brand new bathroom. Near nice pubs and restaurants. Would stay again

Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was courteous, friendly,and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning and staff efficient and friendly. Only down side was no AC, luckily the evenings were cool. Might consider ceiling fans. Also, a shame the hop on/hop off bus stop wasn’t operating anymore right in front of the hotel.(I do realize that’s not something the hotel controls but maybe if the word got out about it ,things could change)

The hotel is located in an amazing area! West end location right beside Kelvingrove Park. The rooms are dated, bathrooms seem more updated. No elevator,.stairs only, wasnt an issue for me but may be for some. Overall I'd day the hotel location is a 9/10, staff 10/10, room 6/10. Would stay here again but realistically would tey for somewhere a bit nicer

Staff were helpful, location excellent, street parking expensive and ammenities average.

The whole room looked very tired, there's no way this was value for money, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient! What l would call a very quaint hotel! The breakfast was freshly prepared, a full Scottish including haggis & black pudding & eggs anyway you wanted! I would certainly stay there again! 👍

Booked the wrong date with hotel by accident and they could not refund me…..

The room was on the third floor with lots of stairs, carpet was filthy . No help offered with the luggage although i was with a very young child. Not even asking how was your stay when returned the keys . Poor customer service .

My fiancé and I stayed here during our short trip to Glasgow. Finding the location was very easy as it is well situated near the city centre. The staff were relatively friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. However, there are several major issues with the hotel which dampened our stay. First, the entire building is very dusty and dirty; this triggered my allergies numerous times. Second, the building is not at all accessible for those with mobility issues. My fiancé has a bad knee and was still expected to stay on the 5th floor with no lift. Third, the rooms themselves were dirty and we were given no toothbrushes or slippers to avoid getting dust on our feet. Moreover, the room had a strong stale smell and a questionable stain on the wall. Lastly, there was no flexibility on late check out. On a more positive note, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were kind and hard working. Overall, it was an okay place to stay, but the potential of the hotel is undermined by its maintenance issues
